This is a 21 day program designed to help mamas feel their best in the first 6 weeks postpartum. This program works because of the unique combination of pelvic health focus, motherhood tips and tricks, and community support during this crucial period of your journey. I’ve taken my background as a pelvic health physical therapist and pre/postnatal fitness coach to give you a program, not only backed by the latest research, but with the insight into what’s causing your problems and how to actually solve them. It’s different from everything else you’ve ever tried because it’s actually designed to get at the root causes of the problems that mothers deal with in the first 6 weeks postpartum. This isn’t a typical “women’s mobility program” with generic advice. This program improves your unique mobility needs, strengthens movements that mamas need to take care of their kiddos, and surrounds you with other mamas who are dedicated to feeling their best postpartum as well. **When you join this program, you will receive an invite to the private Facebook group where you can catch each day's workout live or on the replay**
