Mama Bear Fitness and Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice,

meaning that I do not accept insurance payment for any of our services.

As insurance companies often serve their bottom line much more than the health of our patients,

I offer the best services to improve your rehabilitation and fitness needs -

not just the ones that insurance companies want to reimburse for.

I understand that this may be intimidating for some patients or clients up front,

but I encourage you to schedule a consultation and hear me out.

I believe that you'll see how using cash-based services not only gets you superior quality

but that it ultimately ends up being more cost-effective than using your insurance plan.
